Nice, comfy bed, room was ok size nice little balcony overlooking the town and Hills, great location for beach, town, friendly staff, breakfast was very nice, generous portion, also good variety offered overall a very nice experience of my stay

High on the hill above Ilfracombe. Fantastic views. 20 minutes walk into the centre. Charming guest house. Marvellous breakfast. Lovely outside seating area. Spotlessly clean. Quiet location.
