Location was great for us. Views of the sea from both the living room & Balcony and the bedroom. Entrance at the top of the street to the shops, cafe's, take aways etc. At the bottom of the street you were straight onto the promenade and Sea Front, again with Cafe's, kids play area and crazy golf etc, also beach access. A short walk to the harbour and pubs, shops, ice cream outlets etc. What is not to like. The host was brilliant too. I had read about the limited space to enter the parking space, so called for advice and Trevor could not have been more helpful. We got blocked in on one occasion for a couple of hours, but walked into the town, could have hopped on a bus there to any local destination should we have wished. We left the bikes at home and used the smaller car, which was left parked in the garage - away from the seaguls. Everything we needed was available - thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Everything about the house and it's location is spot on . It was clean and tidy with everything we needed.Kitchen was well equipped and with a supermarket 5 mins away meant we could easily eat in if you didn't want to dine out. It is a 10 min walk down to the harbour which meant you could enjoy the sights with no fuss

It was ideal for a family It was well equipped and clean It was an ideal location for exploring Ilfracombe & area. There were plenty of things needed for the beach conveniently to be used in the garage
