Lodge is very clean and tidy, everything is provided that you will need, there is also a selection of books, dvd's and games for when the weather is bad, great view of the sea and a handy pair of binoculars to see the boats sailing by, very good location for exploring ilfracombe and Woolacombe, we had an issue one day with no hot water because the boiler disconnected from the thermo stat, we phoned the owner and they sent someone out within 20 minutes and the issue was resolved within 5 minutes, great family stay

It was fully equipped with everything you would need amazing to have a dishwasher. Lovely decor and comfortable furnishings and 2 parking spaces.

The location was great, 7mins into Ilfracombe...Woolacombe around 10 mins too. Lodge has everything you need, in cold weather the central heating was great. Can recommend the Depot for food, fantastic.
