The accommodation was clean and had everything we had wanted. Microwave, hot plate, fridge electric kettle, coffee machine etc... Enjoyed my shower. The best among all of the places I have stayed in London. Sunny met us on arrival and he was easily contactable with any queries we had. There was cleaning services every alternate day and towels changed each time. The parking space was an added bonus and proximity to Ilford Station (Elizabeth line) which was a 5 minute walk is convenient for getting into Central London n Heathrow Airport. This will be our preferred hotel in the future if we travel into London again. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful personnel; location is 7 min from metro station; a lot of places to eat near; room is simple, but has everything that is needed considering price paid; quite clean environment, room service every two days

Very friendly staff, upgraded me to a bigger room as a quiet evening for them which was nice. Fridge and Microwave in family room, v helpful when on business for a few days as could just buy dinner and take it back. It's got a bedsit vibe about the place

Overall the bedroom was clean, good for the money. And a comfortable bed. I loved that I could turn off the radiator (as some places I have been to, I couldn't). i definitely recommend a short stay in London with great access to restaurants and the tube station. The guy at reception was really friendly and, most importantly, made me feel safe to stay as a woman on her own in London.
