Naoko really looked after us, picked us up from nearest bus stop and dropped us off at the Shinkansen station. Helped us with ski hire, luggage transfers and bookings for dinner. Breakfast was very nice every day. Great location, ski in ski out (short 30m walk). The fire place is a great place to relax at night after a day’s skiing. Will be back next year.

Alp Bach is the only place I would stay at Madarao. It was such a lovely chalet and Naoko and her husband make sure everything is taken care of. They were excellent! Couldn't recommend them enough. :)

Naoko was the most helpful and accommodating hostess we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No request was too difficult. The daily breakfast was delicious and varied. They filled us up for our morning snowboarding. The location was above the first lift so a 20m walk to board down to the lifts. Perfect.

Naoko the host was amazing she made us feel so welcome, helped with transport & making reservations. The breakfast was a must so delicious and prepared beautifully and the fire place in the common area a cosy place to end the day.
