Absolutely a 10! The place is really well-located in the less touristed part of Crete just next to a lovely sandy beach. Marilou the host was great as were the cleaning lady and pool guy.

The place exceeded our expectations, it actually looked even better than the photos. The hosts were absolutely amazing, the best hosts ever by far. When we got there was a massive basket full of fruit, jam and very yummy biscuits waiting for us. Vicky was extremely helpful in assisting us booking a cruise, offering suggestions on restaurants and sending us address pins for supermarkets, fish markets and other places of interest on daily basis. She even took a birthday cake to the restaurant we were having dinner at for my husband's bday. On the last day, she brough us freshly baked doughnuts. We had the most amazing time and if we didn't live so far away, this place would be our annual holiday. Thank you Vicky, Marilou and team so much for making our holiday a very memorable one.

Perfect quiet location, perfectly fully indoor and outdoor equipped property with cleaning services. Private pool with sea view, strong wifi internet, grill place outside. And very pleasant, handy and helping owner Marilou, who organized also various activities. I highly recommend.

Marilou greeted us at the property, she is a fantastic host, ready to provide tips about the area. The villa is lovely and served its purpose. Lovely pool and nice grilling area outside.
