Great place for a seaside holiday! We stayed at Lapov Apartments in Ičići and were very pleased with our choice. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the sea, with a clean and cozy beach. There’s also a grocery store nearby, which is very convenient if you’re cooking your own meals. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help if needed. It’s a quiet and pleasant area, perfect for a peaceful vacation. Opatija is just 5 minutes away by car or bus, or you can walk there along the scenic seaside promenade. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfortable accommodation near the sea in a beautiful, calm setting!

The accommodation is very good and practical. The apartment contains everything important. The location is great; we took long walks in the area. The owner is very kind and helped us with everything. We will definitely return!

The Appartment was very clean, rather modern, absolute good value for money. The area Icici was already more quiet at this time (1st week of Sep), which we enjoyed. The supermarket and beach are in short walking distance. Amazing view from the balcony! 10 min drive to the beautiful beach Medveja. Down the road, at the beach is the Franz Joseph I Promenade, known locally as the Lungomare. Its absolutely amazing to walk there.

Beautiful view. helpful and friendly owner :) 5 minutes to the beach and beautiful, very long seaside promenade. Close to the Mala Ucka. Great location for a lot of activity(bike, run, walk, hike).
