Without hesitations I can attest that this is one of the best hotels i’ve been to so far. Firstly, great attitude from the staff: friendly and helpful people. Any issue would be solved within the matters of minutes. Secondly, it’s very clean and quiet place to stay in. Thirdly, the cuisine in Novella restaurant is great, every dish I ordered was delicious. Moreover, you can be offered a premium class shuttle from/to an airport at any time of the day which is really comfortable. For those who train regularly - spa/gym is opened during the whole day. I really appreciated my stay here and strongly recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in Iasi. Best regards, Orest

The hotel was really clean; amazing staff, professional and helpful; the breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant was delicious! The transport from the airport made such a huge difference and was so helpful to our travels. We truly recommend it!!

Being driven to the airport in a Maybach, the King-sized bed, the ear plugs provided to drown out the noise made by the air conditioning.
