It was quite simple to communicate with the owner. The owner has contacted me and later on sent detailed information about the position and the rest of the check-in.

First time at this place as its still fairly new. Was pleasantly surprised with the studio. I think certainly value for money at the price being charged and if it stays the same, for a nice modern self contained studio. New block easy to find and direct access into basement carpark and elevator to the floor. We had two studios on the 7th floor and easy self check in which I prefer. Instructions were accurate as provided by WhatsApp and easy communication with the owner. Nice little balcony, place was clean had tea and coffee facilities and pots, pans etc if you wanted to cook. Very comfortable bed and great shower with awesome pressure, my two must have's when travelling; good bed and good shower! Courier for takeaway, Glovo, also had no issues delivering to the door. Location is out of the centre to the South so not in the immediate hustle of the city centre and there are two main grocery stores literally within 200m walk. Sound proofing from outside not too bad and nice and warm with heating going. All in all a nice stay, value for money and I would stay again.
