I liked the clean and spacious room and facilities which were adequate in the room and the bathroom. The breakfast was sumptuous and varied. The bar on the terrace is good.

As an Accor member, I was offered a room on the 9th-floor member floor at Mercure Hotel Hyderabad. The room was spacious and featured a partial view of Hussain Sagar. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city—Lumbini Park and the surrounding tourist area were just 2.5 km away, Golconda Fort was a 25-minute drive in the morning, and Jubilee Hills Park was about 15 minutes with regular traffic. Most major attractions are within a 30-minute drive. There is one in-house restaurant; while the breakfast spread was limited, it was decent. Overall, it was a comfortable and safe stay for a solo female traveler, and the staff were genuinely caring and attentive.

Afreen a service staff member was very efficient did her job very well and put an extra effort to satisfy the needs of the Hotel guests. Also to mention the housekeeping staff Hungi and Sujatha were very efficient and made sure the rooms are very clean and filled with necessary toiletry and clean towels
