As per the Egyptian law, Egyptian couples are requested to present the marriage certificate.Please note that the rate for the ‘Special Offer - Egyptian and Residents Only’ room is exclusive for Egyptians and residents only. Additional charges are applicable if a valid Egyptian ID, Egyptian passport or Egyptian residency is not presented upon check-in.Please note that the all Inclusive formula includes only soft drinks for all Egyptians and foreign residents guests.Up to one child under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. The second child from 06 till 11.99 years old will be charged 25% of the room rate.For health and safety reasons, proper swimwear must be worn in all hotel swimming pools. Loose, cotton clothing or long clothes are not allowed.Please note that food and drinks from outside the hotel are not allowed.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The rooms were spacious and clean, the place is organised and close to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We were a group of 12 people , we reserved 5 rooms ,, this was our second visit to stella Gardens ,,from the moment we arrived at the hotel reception the staff were very nice and welcoming and Mr Ahmed khamis at the reception desk (who was a great help in all ways, special thanks for him ) was trying his best to give us a memorable and comfortable stay and he arranged us a group of rooms next to each other with a wonderful pool view .. The rooms were neat and clean with a nice big bathroom, and the room service was excellent. Definitely will come back .. Special thanks to Mr faris tarig and Mahmoud mohamed at the lobby bar they were very nice and helpful also thanks to Mrs Asma adil at the restaurant she was always cheerful and welcoming
