Paolo " guest relations manager is wonderful and professional. He provided full support with a high level of positive attitude and flexibility. Actually he was the main reason to enjoy our stay. We will be back to macadi Palace to meet him again The waiter in sunset restaurant " mahmoud " was very friendly and helpful also The room cleaner " mahmoud " was very creative and helpful

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Makadi Palace and can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Paulo, the Guest Relations manager, made our stay effortless. His dedication to ensuring guests have a stress-free time is truly commendable; he was always there to help with every little detail, making him one of the best assets a hotel can have. The resort itself is visually stunning, with an incredible ambiance that truly comes alive at night. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly and always eager to assist, and we really appreciated that their helpfulness didn't feel tied to an expectation of a tip. One of the standout features is the walkway that links to other Red Sea Hotels, and the convenient Makadi Mall right within the complex. It's a fantastic and safe area to wander and explore, especially in the evenings when it's beautifully illuminated. For those who enjoy walking, the beach area offers extensive opportunities during the day. Heading left from the hotel beach leads to a quieter, non-complex beach, while going right allows for long, scenic walks towards other resorts. Don't miss out on the free snorkeling! The beach is teeming with vibrant corals and an abundance of marine life. It's super easy to do if you bring your own mask, and even suitable for children or less strong swimmers in the shallow sections. We also thoroughly enjoyed the a la carte restaurants. The Botanical Garden (definitely sit outside for the ambiance!) and the Thai restaurant (cozy inside seating!) offered truly delicious food in beautiful settings.
