There was always space on the beach and while it was hot (july) there is always wind. Great mix of guests (no one nationality dominated) and the choice of food represented this. Other guests are easy going and even though there was a great entertainment program on offer, it's also easy to avoid this and just have a low-key hotel experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The staff were welcoming, puplic areas, pools, restaurants and rooms were immaculate. The buffet were a feast, and the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel! Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.

Everyone, was amazing, starting with the reception team and their cooperation in fulfilling our requests upon arrival, through the public relations team and their exceptional performance throughout the week to ensure our family satisfaction and to improve performance if needed, then the restaurant and bar teams, headed by the chefs and restaurant and bar attendees, with a strong presence of the animation team 12 hours a day. Special thanks to: Main restaurant Head Chef and his Assistant from Mohamed Talaat, Night Manager Khaled from Guest Relation Shaker from Fayrouz Restaurant Alaa, Pool Bar attendant Mohamed from Remal Restaurant Zalatan and Mathew from Animation team

Our stay at Jaz Soma Beach was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and at the top of the list comes Mr. Khaled from Guest Relations team. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with a lovely view, and the credit here goes to Mr. Beshouy from Front Desk team. All Restaurants buffet were delicious, with a wide variety of options. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends!"
