First off all the staff are friendly and helpful. Starting with Mahmoud Abdelaziz (who was actually in leave but still managed to accommodate our requests) and Gharib at the Front office. The restaurant staff who were eager and friendly. And of course Mahmoud on the pool with Abdo are amazing and the whole family loved to interact with them. The facilities are clean, the food is great, the rooms are spacious. We are definitely coming back soon isA.

I enjoy my vacation with my small family We love the atmosphere of the place and the staff is so friendly , also the chef’s in the restaurant are best and smiling all the time. This hotel have the best reception manger ever i meet he make every thing for us so comfortable We love also when we book the beach restaurant because of the attitude there
