The hotel is large and a bit old but very clean. There are many nice pools and fun slides for all ages. Food is tasty, though there's not much variety. Snack bar offers good options. Reception is excellent, and the whole team (Saeid, Khaled, Mohammed…) is very kind. Overall, good value for money, but nothing special.

What wasn't to like about the place it has everything, all the staff are fantastic they cant help you enough, food there was a great selection and I was all amazing with so many restaurants to chose from

This was my third time in this hotel and I just loved everything! Special thanks to Mohamed Sabry from the front office who helped us trough out the whole vacation and made my birthday celebration so special! The rooms are perfect, the food is perfect, the whole hotel is so great! You have always so much to do as the animation team is trying their best to entertain! I will be coming back as soon as possible for sure!
