It was extremely clean! everything felt new, the future in the bedroom was really nice, the bathroom was really clean, they had dove shampoo and conditioner as well as hand wash. The towels smelled fresh. And the bed had a different set of pillows, firm and soft. The breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, bread, and some other options. The staff was friendly.

Close to NASA ROcket Center and to the airport - both was critical for us. Nice rooms, good breakfast (with friendly staff!). However checkin was weird, unfriendly. She insisted on having the same Visa Card as was used for the online reservation although we had made the experience, this card often doesn't work in the States. It meant to unpack a whole backpack. We were right, the card didn't work, we tried several times, which didn't help her bad mood, but she refused taking another card. Finally we insisted trying another one, which then worked. Would have been easier having listened before. Never had such an impatient and unfriendly welcome in a hotel before and afterwards. Next time we'll try another location as there are plenty.

We did not get the room as booked. We payed for double queen and we got one queen bed and sofa for kids. We were told that mistake is on booking. com side. The hotel personnel refused any tries to negotiate stating that we should contact booking. com. It was first time ever a got such troubles.

breakfast was good but they ran out of plates during the weekend only has very small plates should never run out of eating utensils..
