A very warm welcome from the host. Woolhouse Barn is a very cosy, quirky barn conversion which has kept original features and added the mod cons. The garden is lovely for children, with garden table and chairs for al fresco dining and a washing line too. The location is very peaceful and there is a nice walk down the lane and across fields without needing to drive. The double bed downstairs is lovely and comfortable and big enough for three.

House decoration, and house equipment was very complete (DVDs, board games, nice garden, etc.)

We fell in love with this place as soon as we walked in the door... o Quirky property, with three little staircases going upstairs… my son loved it o Relaxing living space, with comfy leather couches o Clean and cosy throughout… very ‘hygge’ o Well-appointed kitchen o Plenty of space to park, right outside, in the large gravel driveway o Tennis court on the premises… not in the best condition, but perfectly usable o Feels like the epitome of living in the countryside

Great communication from the owner despite them actually being away at the time. Checked we arrived safely. It was clean, spacious, GORGEOUS and in a perfect location for travelling to a friends. The owner also added a travel cot to the master bedroom for us as we were travelling with an 11 week old baby and 2 year old too.
