We(my wife and daughter Sophia) stayed at Astoria hotel for 7 nights and was one of the best hotel we stay in lately . The superior double room is huge with big bathroom and very comfy bed . The spa& sauna and the heated pool are high standards and very clean . The breakfast got big variety also traditional romanian palinca (like vodka) as my grandparents used to have a small glass before breakfast enhancing your appetite : ) . The staff are very welcoming and friendly and go the extra mile for the quests needs . Special thanks to Andreea and Marius for their kindness. Situated only 5 mins away from the Castle we highly recommend and definitely going back when we have the chance . 5 🌟

The staff exceeded the average level of service, at least by Romanian standards. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive. The spa facilities were pleasant and offered a good variety, including one indoor and two outdoor pools (one of which had warm water). The suite was spacious, with comfortable beds and medicinal pillows available upon request—a detail I found impressive, even though the pillows themselves weren’t the best. The breakfast was varied and very tasty.
