Everything was excellent- From the decor, staff, rooms ,facilities, dining Top of everything was the superb customer service , lead in an impeccable manner by Mr Van Duc, the Bell Captain. He is an exceptional leader and the staff respond with a great desire to help out in any way. We stayed here last year and loved it. We thoroughly recommend TTC and hope to return again.

Remarkable service from arrival to check out. Staff is very polite and helpful always smiling. We needed earbuds for swimming and asked the staff that quickly got us a driver that took us to a nearby shop and back. Amazing service!

Beautiful old style hotel located near the Perfume river, Citadel and Imperial City. All the staff were welcoming and friendly but would like to mention Van Duc in particular. He was wonderful throughout our stay.

Well located, with beautiful well kept rooms. Staff are very helpful- in particular the man in charge of bell staff who recognised everyone and welcomed them warmly.
