Everything was perfect, the area is located, the room the family they were all very nice and welcoming. I felt really welcomed when I went there, and I really recommend to everyone.

Guesthouse Maika was a big, pleasant surprise. I hadn’t set my expectations too high since it’s a family-run homestay, but I was wrong! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the main town, with lots of shops and restaurants around — yet it’s incredibly quiet because it’s tucked away at the back of an alley. The room was small, but more than enough. The shower was great, the mattress super comfortable, and both the aircon and fan worked perfectly. There’s also a small fridge, plus a kettle and drinking water are provided. Since the area is full of restaurants, it’s easy to find a good breakfast nearby. The family is super kind and helpful and will try to help with anything they can. Maika speaks some English and their son is pretty fluent.

Great location on one of the walking streets (closed to cars in the evening) with plenty of restaurants and cafes etc nearby, but set back from the main road and nice and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Freely available drinking water on every floor was very handy
