The rooms are clean, we had a room located to the street, which also had a good sized balcony - too small to enjoy being outside, but big enough for putting clothes/shoes outside to dry. The bathroom was clean and provided everything you need, but being very compact it was too small for more than one person at a time. Good shower though. Average bed's hardness for Vietnam accomondation. Good location for being close to, but away of the noise range of many bars, clubs and restaurants. The citadel and palace are quite a good walk away, still doable on foot. Not all staff knew English, but was helpful with either translation apps or videocalling some staff who did speak English. Laundry service was solid and as we expected.

Very nice location: Only a few steps away from Truong Tien bridge, Toa Kham wharf (to go on boats to listen to Ca Hue), and many restaurants in Vo Thi Sau street (the so-called Walking Street). The hotel is very big and includes the elevator. The staff were nice and helped me book the motorbikes (120k-150k per day) and the tickets to listen to Ca Hue in Huong river at night. The air conditioner works well (very cool).
