I stayed in Big Mountain almost 1 week. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the whole hotel is spotless, they are always cleaning, perfect location near the center, cosy common areas, breakfast is simple but good, and the trekking&Tours company at ground floor is also super friendly and super convenient and helpful. It is in the city centre, quite convenient. My bed n room are enough space. Big common areas n some game facilities, like snooker, rock climbing...

The tourists office is great The location is in the best location in Huaraz The staff is lovely and always try to help The room was very clean and we enjoyed every second in the hostel
