Staff were really friendly, she was able to help with questions like food options around the vicinity, cab hailing and sightseeing around the area. There's an inviting snack and drinks area at level 1 lobby for travellers who need a little something to recharge.

It was close to the night market and is accessible by bus and taxi. There is also a self service laundry ship nearby.
