Staff of the hotel Concierge is very friendly and professional. Location of the hotel is excellent and convenient. The room rates is very reasonable.

There was an excellent lounge and dining area with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. I had a free room upgrade to a double room. The location was close to the station and the hotel easy to find. The only downside was that the wi-fi was sometimes a bit slow and the bed was quite hard.

No breakfast was given but there is a cafe offering Asian and western breakfast nearby. Location is perfect as it is only few hundred metres from train and bus station. Free hop on and hope off Shuttle bus( 310 ) to all the attractions in Hua Lien and Taroko National park can be taken there.
