This is my second time staying at Hiyes Hotel, and the wonderful experience I had before made me want to return—and once again, everything exceeded my expectations. The moment I walked in, it felt like coming back to a familiar place. The front desk staff were just as warm and professional as I remembered, making me feel truly welcomed. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. I especially couldn't forget the hairdryer from my previous stay—it’s still lightweight, powerful, and comfortable to use. It’s these thoughtful little details that show how committed the hotel is to quality. This time, I also noticed a new themed photo spot in the lobby. It was not only creative but also incredibly photogenic—I couldn’t wait to share it on social media! What touched me the most was the hotel’s effort to promote their single-use amenity kit: for every set purchased, a portion is donated to help underprivileged seniors and families in need. It’s heartwarming to know that even while traveling, guests can contribute to a good cause.

I stayed one night at Hi-yes Hotel in Hualien, and the experience was truly delightful. The location is convenient—just a short walk from the train station—and there are plenty of nearby sights for day trips. One of the highlights was grabbing a free drink or ice cream from the front desk, a perfect way to cool down! Both breakfast and the late-night snack were thoughtfully prepared and genuinely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, always ready to help. I also loved the photo area with a boat-shaped prop—it looked amazing in pictures. Overall, the stay was relaxing and full of thoughtful little touches. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hualien

Convenient location, 5 minute walk from train station. Mini-bar open from 11am-8pm which have 6 different kind of ice cream, soda machine, 4 other different kind of drinks, 5 kind of crackers and popcorn, all you can eat or drink. Room is big, staff are friendly. Breakfast is great and dinner have choice of steak, chicken, fish fillet and pork chop. Definitely will come again
