The fine print
Please note the operation hours of the club and public facilities:
- Fitness centre and sauna open from 07:00 to 22:00
- Kid's playground, computer room, swimming pool, SPA, kid's pool open from 08:30 to 22:00
- Club closes from 12:00 to 14:00
- Club and kid's playground close for maintenance on first Wednesday every month. In case of consecutive holidays, it will be postponed for next week; The area is temporarily closed during the maintenance period, please refer to the announcement on the official website , and the rest of the facilities are in normal use.While using the spa, children must be accompanied by an adult of the same gender and are not allowed to use the jet showers and floating equipment.Children under 95 cm are not allowed to use sauna. Children between 95 cm to 140 cm must be accompanied by an adult of the same sex.Please note that double rooms and family rooms/quadruple rooms are located in different buildings.Different charges incur for children with different height when using existing beds. 2nd time staying here, one restaurant closed for refurbishment which limited choice a bit .

The property facilities are amazing for both adults and children. They have huge play areas for different age groups and adults can enjoy the spa, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and onsen. The breakfast has a lot of variety where we love so much! Definitely will come again

We had a fantastic time at the Lakeshore Hotel in Hsinchu! The kids' playground was a huge hit - it's spacious and packed with so many different games and activities that our kids were entertained for hours. They also loved the swimming pool, which was perfect for their age group. Highly recommend this hotel for families!
