Room very comfortable. Great location. Bathroom plumbing not the best. Breakfast ordinary - ran out of bread, juice not fresh, no coffee options such as cappuccino,, latte or flat white (told to go down to the bar). Some staff excellent - others poor.

A pleasant stay. Nice room, clean and well located - easy to navigate around Houston downtown, for a first-timer visit twas a good decision to stay at this hotel.

Nicely appointed hotel. Room was large and good storage for clothes. Only a few niggles which were sorted out eventually: bathroom sink plug didn’t work & housekeeping didn’t provide a 2nd robe in the middle of our stay. Also I asked the hotel for something special to be provided for my wife’s birthday prior to arrival, but that didn’t turn up until I prompted them on the day.

Beautiful hotel. The building is old but well kept, the rooms are stylish and comfy. The bartender is excellent, knows his job and makes fantastic cocktails.
