We had such a good experience last year with this hotel, we wanted to go back. The front desk staff and facilities teams are always very pleasant. I got extra blankets delivered within 10 minutes, which is a record over any other hotel I have ever been to. Great service! Although I don't imbibe much, the bar and hours it operates is a nice touch. Unfortunately, the bartender could use some people skills training to come up to the level of the front desk and facilities folks. Everyone in my family (old, younger, vegetarian, vegan, diabetic, etc.) can always find something to eat as there are many choices, so thank you for that. The only drawback this time was they were down to 1 elevator, which left us waiting for long periods of time. I understand that can't be helped sometimes, but for our older family members, it was a bother. Otherwise, we would stay here again.

Breakfast was offered at no extra cost, it had a variety of options and they were changing daily. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast was very nice but had limited options. We had the two beds and sofa configuration. There was a dsek chair but one additional chair would have been nice in the bedrom to avoid sitting or laying on the bed to watch TV or read. The best thing was the location. We attended the football game at NRG and it was very convnient.

The room was spacious and comfy!! We were suprise by the space in the room. Also it was really clean including the bathroom. Well like they always say "Everything is big in Texas"
