Well situated with a short walk to the mall. Had coffee making facilities and parking garage is great. Comfortable room and a quick alivator.

I paid for a breakfast, which was included with my accommodation. The staff was confused and did not give me my breakfast ticket when I checked in. However, when I checked out early the next morning, tgestaff member said, "yes, my accommodation did include the breakfast ticket and gave it to me. This shouln't have occurred. He was looking into the same computer as the staff member of the night before had access. Also, I did not get what I paid for through Booking.com. I’ve paid for a room with a city view, and a safe deposit box. I was not at ease having to keep my iPad and jewelry with me in my car to my sister's wedding for which I was in Houston to attend. I was very disappointed with this. Other than this the room was clean and nice.
