Location was in Downtown Houston - although very little to do there, so would suggest you ensure that is where you do want to stay

Good size rooms, liked the older building the hotel is located in and the high-rise character of the city center location gave us a different experience from the rest of our trip.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was very quick and efficient. Room was nice and clean. Had an issue with smelly pillows but they were replaced by a member of staff very quickly. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were huge and soft! Loved the guest request closet in the hall which is where extra toiletry items are kept. Cuts on wastage and was handy to pop into when needed. Defo a big homeless problem in downtown Houston but generally felt safe standing outside waiting for Ubers ect as there’s always a valet at the desk outside.
