Well equipped and good size room. Quiet. Everything was working just fine and the comfort was good. Good breakfast. Well located, nice pool. The front desk guy (although he was not particularly welcoming) let us have dinner in the breakfast area which we really appreciated because it was late and we didn't want to put some dirt in our rooms. BIG THANKS TO TERESA at the front desk - you managed to solve an issue with our booking and were of true help.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly one lady whose name I did not get. The location was good, room was clean, and the place was close to plenty of good food options. Other than the poor room service this was a nice place to stay for 4 nights.

It was during Mardi Gras there weren't enough towels in my room for 4 people to start out with on day 1, went down to front desk and another guess had same problem...we went brought towels from target because of shortage.
