We met up here with a group of friends and had the best time! Such a beautiful location! We sat in the hot tub overlooking gorgeous snowy hills. The place was so warm and cosy.

Everything. The quaintness, the rural location which was perfect for us as we can be quite a rowdy bunch and the space. The owners were quick to respond to any trouble shooting issues and were always on hand for general information.

The property is stunning. Having 6 bathrooms for 6 bedrooms made a great difference to everyone's comfort, especially at our elderly age! We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for relaxing comfortably in the sitting room and dining at a long table. There were 2 fridge freezers so plenty of room for provisions. The view from the property was beautiful and it was great being able to walk from the property to Rudyard Lake. It was also easy to drive to other places. The owners responded quickly to any queries but did not intrude at all. Everyone had a great time and would highly recommend a stay at the property.
