This was a 3rd booking at this property in the space of 5 weeks, so we had no worries about staying here again. The house is in a very good location for where we were working, and the quality and cleanliness was excellent again. And it has parking outside the property, too. It is in a quiet residential area, close to all amenities. It had everything we needed whilst being away from home for such a long time. We thoroughly recommend it to anyone - business, groups or family guests.

We booked this house again for colleagues working in the area, and again it was excellent. We had stayed in this property twice before, and it was up to the original standard that we found when we first arrived. We would not hesitate to book it again. Quiet surroundings in residential area, and close to amenities. Adult-sized single beds (not children's size).

Excellent quality accommodation with everything needed for a week's stay - this booking was for colleagues working in this area, and we had already booked other accommodation from this owner, so didn't hesitate to book this property. Contact with the owners was very easy - Rhianna answered the phone when I called to check on extending the booking, and she was very friendly & helpful. This is in a very quiet residential spot and extremely handy for Horley and Godstone. There were 4 beds in this house, and all the single beds are adult-sized. Fantastic value for money, too. We liked it so much, we booked it again for the following week, and are hoping it's available for when we return next week.
