We had a very pleasant welcome, with refreshing towels, and received a room upgrade which was lovely. The room had an ocean view and was spacious. The breakfast area was lovely with an outlook to the ocean. The hotel is a reasonable distance from Waikiki, however, there is a free shuttle that needs to booked. The dolphin area was entertaining with plenty of opportunities to view the dolphins. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever there was an issue.
