THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM EACH AND EVERY STAFF MEMBER WAS OUTSTANDING, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. LOCATION WAS VERY CENTRAL FOR US. BEACH WAS SO CLOSE. SHOPS JUST OUTSIDE THE DOOR. OUR ROOM WAS MUCH BIGGER THAN WE WERE EXPECTING. THE LAUNDRY FACILITIES WERE SO GOOD AS WELL - A PLEASANT UNEXPECTED AMENITY. FOOD FOR BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS EVERY DAY. EVENING RECEPTION WAS ALWAYS A FUN EVENT

We love Embassy Suites, we have stayed there many times. Location is great and the staff are very nice. We have 4 children and this is the best place to accommodate 6 of us comfortably.

The location was perfect for the beach and the Waikiki strip. Public transport (bus) isnt far away. The motel facilities were good, unfortuantely pool maintenance prevented us from using the pool for 2 days. Breakfast is a great selection of foods, happy hour provides a great atmosphere and vibe.
