Please note and allow sufficient time for the hotel to contact transaction bank of the cardholder for verification purposes. The hotel reserves the right to release the booking without prior notice if there is no bank confirmation for third-party payment booking. Once prepayment booking is released, it is regarded as “non-guaranteed”. Hence, please contact the hotel reservation to confirm booking before arrival. Please kindly note:
- The hotel does not accept bookings made by debit card.
- Name changes are strictly prohibited for non-refundable bookings.
- All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Guests departing earlier than their confirmed departure date will have to pay an early departure fee of one night's accommodation. Please let the reception desk know at least 24 hours in advance of the new departure date in order to avoid this extra charge.

As per the title. I booked for five nights and stayed for ten, that's the best compliment I can give. The staff were polite and super friendly. I loved Hong Kong and I will definitely be going back and will definitely stay here. The breakfast buffet was varied, plentiful and delicious. The room was spotlessly clean. You are within a short walk of the MTR and the K11 mall. There is a Wellcome supermarket just up the street if you need some drinks or snacks for your room. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

Quirky decoration and lovely and clean. Breakfast was included and was varied and really tasty. Every choice you could think of and they had gluten free bread for me. Great location
