This could be my favourite hotel. Great location, the staff from reception to the breakfast service and the lady delivering us water were all helpful and friendly. We liked the personal touches like supplying us with soap and lotion for our toddler along with a step and toddler toilet seat. The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

What a find! This incredible gem of a hotel struck us with its contemporary & luxurious charm - we felt so pampered and at home from start to end. The premium suite was incredibly well-appointed, and fit three of us comfortably. Breakfast and tea were delicious and satisfying. Service was also exquisite; we can’t praise the staff like Jin enough, who were helpful, thoughtful and sincere. Of special mention was Leo who went out of his way to help us with directions, taxis, umbrellas, whatever we needed! Keep it up please

Personal touches. The hotel so beautiful and well designed, breakfast was a delight every morning and the staff, especially Kevin, were wonderful and made our stay. We have traveled a lot and stayed in luxury accommodation all over the world, this is our favourite hotel by far and would never stay elsewhere when we’re next in HK. Also sparkling with breakfast was a lovely touch!

Lanson Place has shrunk a lot in terms of build up area since I last stayed 15 years ago. I like the bustling and hive of activities in the Causeway Bay area.
