Great location. Right next to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Close to Jenny Bakery & Bakehouse. The check-in staff, Yuki was very efficient and very friendly. Knowing we are travelling as a family of 3, she quickly check & upgrade us to a family room since it is available. We really appreciate it very very much!!!🥰. Thank you Yuki. The concierge staff was also very friendly & guide us well to The Peak. The room while not big is clean. The bathroom looks newly renovated. There are plenty of eatery near the hotel. Forgot to mention the housekeeping staff are also very helpful

Good value for money/room size/location in the center. Most similar options in Hong Kong are more expensive.

Location is superb, its near to train and mall and alot of dining places. Room is big and spacious for HK standard. I would come back and stay on the same hotel.
