Was leary of the 2 star rating. But this place far exceeded expectations! Very clean, super comfy beds. Great location with easy beach access. Would stay again for sure. Highly recommend.

The property is right on the beach, with a small trail to get down to the ocean. More of a motel style than hotel room- ours had a little table, a microwave, and a medium sized refrigerator (bigger than the average hotel fridge), which was great. The bathroom had a fan- I guess it's silly to notice, but some baths don't, and that really makes the steam from showers etc. hard to disperse. This helped keep the room fresh, because the sea air is also damp. The property is older, but clean and the thermostat, bathrooms, and wifi all are new and work well. About 5 minutes from most of the rest of town, 15 minutes from the spit, and just down the hill from the Kannery- best drinks in Homer, and good food too.

Large, nice room with a fantastic view of the ocean. Easy walk to the beach where you can spend hours strolling along the water.
