Location is very convenient from Holyhoke mall. Breakfast was great and the rooms are very comfortable. Staff was quite helpful.

Great staff and customer service. Generally, we stay in 4 or 5-start hotels when traveling, but were just in the area for a quick night so tried the Homewood Suites. Were very impressed with it's cleanliness and facilities (pool, gym, outside area for sport and relaxing) and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
