All rooms are on the second level and accessible by stairs only. No lift/elevator is available at the property. We will need to describe what is included in Service fee. The location was perfect I saw the full moon and sunrise from the communal balcony. Check in was simple. The man who helped me with my lock issue (see below) was very nice and professional. Several good restaurants nearby.
