Great big apartment. It looks better than in the photos. The owner fixed what was fixable, which was written in the reviews. The apartment is clean, tidy, has everything you need for the beach, in the kitchen. The apartment is not old, it is typical apartment for such building (we lived in the Tides, the waves, and other neighborhoods). In the one room there is a separate air conditioning control behind the door, found on the last evening. It heats and cools well. The view of the ocean is amazing!
