The accommodations were centrally located and the owner's were incredibly responsive. They responded to any questions I had and even allowed for an unexpected late check out. Great value, service and location!

The resort is located directly at the Hollywood beach, you can enter the beach directly from the garden via small fence. We stayed in the resort with 4 kids. The apartment was spacious and modern, however the overall cleanliness was below expectations (dirty, damaged wall, flooded ceiling, dirty windows). Our apartment was on the 6th floor, at the North wind with a beautiful view to the beach and ocean. The check-in was relatively easy, we arrived late afternoon, so I called the host and sent via text message the key for the door, and on the next morning we got the wristband and key fob to be able to move in the facility and the tag for the parking lot. Wifi was free and stable. The beach directly at the resort is average, a bit dirty, e.g. the south beach is much more cleaner and better for small kids. The Hollywood is not far from Miami beach and Miami downtown, however due to heavy traffic during the whole day you need ca 1 hour driving to go to Miami or come back, so if you plan to spend lot of time in Miami then maybe it is not the best location.

The condo was bright. You get what you pay for. Perhaps could be made more clear: the resort is on the beach but this condo has no ocean view, not even a side view, only a view of the resort's main entrance from the 7th floor.
