The room was very clean, ac worked well, shower has hot water but the tank is not large so give a but of time before the second person showers. We don't care that there is no staff on-site. It was easy to communicate with the owner when needed. The location was great only a few blocks from Centro, and the beach and it was very quiet. Wifi worked well for one of us but the other has a different phone that often can't 'see' older wifi. Our mobile data on the island was not very good either.

The room was clean and spacious. Great for this price. Good location, close to the isla centre and Playa holbox. Good communication with the host.
