The staff; Ms Phuong and Long (Reception/Managers) Mr Dung (Chef) and housekeeper Mai transformed our stay to a Five Start experience. The first day we commented on the bright sunlight and the thin curtains preventing us from sleeping in; that same day the windows had block-out curtains installed. Good breakfast included. Great omelettes, excellent local coffee. World class barista skills (Mr Dung) if something special required. Vaia is located just far enough way from the 'Old Town' to escape the 'hustle and bustle' but close enough to stroll into town for dinner; take the lanes direct to the river and walk along the riverbank for the cool breeze on those sultry, summer days. The lovely Ms Phuong discovered it was our 50th Wedding Anniversary and designed and printed a charming 50th certificate to celebrate. Fantastic, friendly, helpful people - we were sad to leave.

Love the location, the room and everything about the hotel was beautiful. The staff were incredible, friends and super helpful! Also loved the free bikes that we could ride around the city

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist travelers and provide detailed information about Hoi An. The breakfast was simple, but nice. The environment was very basic, but clean and well-maintained.

Staying at Vaia was the highlight of my entire trip in Vietnam. The team went above and beyond to help my friend and I feel right at home in Hoi An. Their hospitality, care and generosity was unlike anything we’ve experienced. The hotel itself was beautiful - the pool was perfectly tucked away in the back like a little oasis, rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall design was stunning. The central location was convenient for us to and from the markets, old town and main strip. Would absolutely recommend new and returning visitors to stay here.
