I had a fantastic experience at Old Town Hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the heart of the old town, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in a charming local style. But what really made my stay special were the staff – especially James Thuong. James was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. James was warm, helpful, and always had a smile that made me feel truly at home. Their hospitality made all the difference – they are the heart of this place. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you, James Thuong, for making my trip so memorable!
