The location is perfect—nestled in a quiet residential street just a short walk from the historical center. I loved being slightly outside the busy tourist zone, where local cafés offer great quality at much more affordable prices. The neighborhood is charming, with lush greenery and locals going about their morning routines, like watering plants—such a peaceful and authentic vibe. The facility itself is spacious, clean, and feels freshly renovated. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you want comfort, affordability, and a glimpse into local life.

Although a little way from the beach ( a great walk through the paddy fields ) ……say hello to the buffalo man …and short walk to the old town a great location that gives you a feel of the real Vietnam . Doesn’t feel like a hotel but the family are not at all intrusive . One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in

Great host, free bikes, very helpful, large very nice room. Good free WiFi. Enjoyed watching the football in the field beside the accomodation.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, and provided me with fruit and snacks, as well as breakfast and coffee for free when I had to leave super early for a flight, they knew I wouldn't have time to eat 🙏. They were also really understanding when I needed to check-in earlier, and last minute stay a day longer. Bikes provided were more than suitable to get around the place, I didn't feel any impact on being further out.
