Hieu is an excellent host. He is very responsive on WhatsApp to any questions you may have. He can arrange moped hire and transfers. He was able to arrange a mini van for our group to the airport really quickly for a great price. The house is beautiful, really nice setting by the river in a quiet and peaceful area, but also only 2 minutes from the nearest shop. Free bikes were really handy. Rooms are spacious and each have an en suite and balcony. There is rooftop laundery facilities where you can get a great view of the sunset. Infinity style pool is gorgeous with nice lighting. I would highly recommend sun bay villa for groups.

Property was extremely clean and the owners were so helpful and friendly, sorted us out on numerous occasions with a speaker and transport and information, made more difficult as we visited during the tet/lunar new year holiday, they went above and beyond, the beds were very comfortable and all the rooms spacious with their own balconies and en suites. The common room downstairs was spacious too and perfect for having drinks and meals together. Can’t rate this property more highly.
