The property is set in a beautiful location by the rice fields, a short walk to the main road for local bars and restaurants but far enough away that the property is nice and quiet. The room facilities were great, the bed linens were nice and soft and towels replenished each day. Uyen is a wonderful host who took time to highlight some places to visit or restaurants to go to during our time in Hoi An, she also helped us arrange our onward travel. The property offers free bicycles to rent and it’s only a short ride to the beach or the old town, but taxis are also cheap. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh ripe fruit along with your choice of noodles, eggs, toast or pancakes. The mango pancakes are incredible! Thank you Uyen and family for a wonderful stay.

Nice pool, not in the middle of town so gentle and quiet. Lovely people, we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was great and they even gave us a take away breakfast when we had an early flight.

This was by far my favourite stay in Vietnam. You should definitely go here if you want to escape city life and look for a quiet place, close to the ricefields. The family was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and they offer free bicycles to go to the beach and old town (less than 10 min). I enjoyed the swimming pool and the balcony, and there are also coffeeshops and restaurants within walking distance.
