I travel a lot and rarely give a 10/10 rating for a hotel, but this one really deserves it - for the following reasons: + extremely friendly staff (especially Thuy/Chloe, but all the rest of the staff were very nice also), helping with lots of special requests/questions as well + nice breakfast with 12 hot dishes (varying every day), fruits and some bread options + comfortable and extremely big bed (probably the most spacious bed that I have slept in in a hotel (maybe 2.20 m width?)) + stable and extremely fast internet (I measured 208 Mbit/s download- and 169 Mbit/s upload speed) + good cleanliness + good location a bit outside the core city center of Hoi An, so it's not that noisy but you can still reach most places within 5-10 min bike ride (with the free bikes that the hotel provides) + nice small pool (though during daytime it could get too crowded to swim, especially on the weekend)

Staff were amazing - friendly and helpful. Pool fabulous- one of the only places where water is cool. Breakfast quite a bit of variety.

It’s amazing beds are comfortable. Hotel staff can’t do enough for you and make you feel welcome. Rooftop bar beautiful in the late afternoon to watch the sun go down. Great margaritas!

Delicacy is a beautiful small hotel, pretty as the pictures depict. Staff were exceptional. It was located a few minute walk from old town, so while not in the midst of it is reasonably close.
